In an effort to slow the inevitable burn-out of my support staff, I ask that you send complaints, rude, or angry messages directly to email@example.com. Do not cc firstname.lastname@example.org. It's my company. I'll do something about your problem or give you a refund and tell you to leave. Either way, I'd rather not wear out my support team on emotional bullshit. It is *hard* to get good people to do support, and I respect my customers too much to stick them with semi-literate drones who read from scripts.
