  1. bandwidth test with servers at svtix and mpt
  2. move a small subnet
    1. find a host in the subnet to ping
    2. remove the gateway ip from manticore
    3. add the gateway ip to gryphon
    4. if it is still pingable and is properly routing through gryphon, the subnet is moved
  3. do the rest of the subnets
